The problem
The invoice price is not your cost
Between your supplier and your warehouse there is freight, insurance, handling, the customs broker, taxes and the exchange rate. Working it out by hand takes days and is almost always wrong somewhere.
Fragile spreadsheets
One broken formula or a bad allocation and the margin of the whole shipment is off.
Double charges
The broker account re-bills pedimento taxes and freight you already paid. It is easy to count them twice.
Wrong exchange rate
The pedimento, the DOF FIX rate and the payment date do not always match. Every gap moves your cost.
Features
Everything you need to cost a shipment
From PDF to cost per SKU, with every number explained and ready to review.
AI document reading
Classifies and reads commercial invoices, packing lists, freight invoices, broker accounts, pedimentos and insurance policies, even scans and photos.
CFDI without AI
CFDI XML files go through a deterministic parser: exact, instant and with no AI cost.
Mexican import taxes
IGI by tariff fraction, DTA, PRV and cascading VAT. Recoverable VAT is reported apart, since it affects cash flow, not cost.
Banxico exchange rates
Uses the DOF FIX rate for the payment date (USD and EUR). You set the precedence: manual, pedimento or Banxico.
Duplicate detection
Spots the charges the broker account bills again and keeps them from being added twice.
Estimate vs actual
Estimate before the pedimento arrives, then compare against what you really paid once it does.

How it works
From document to cost in three steps
No templates to set up, no data to type by hand.
- 1
Upload your documents
Drop every file of the shipment: PDFs, photos or XML. The platform identifies each one and extracts SKUs, weights and charges.
- 2
Approve in one click
Every charge arrives already sorted by layer and linked to its source document. Duplicates and questionable charges are flagged; approve the rest all at once.
- 3
Calculate and export
The engine applies the Incoterm, taxes and exchange rates, and allocates the cost per SKU. Download the result and you are done.
Why trust it
AI reads. The engine calculates.
We use AI only for what it does well: reading documents. Every number in the result comes from deterministic, tested functions, so the same shipment always gives the same cost.
Everything backed up
Every charge shows the document it came from, so you can justify every peso to your accountant or in an audit.
You just approve
The platform reads and sorts every charge for you. Approve it all in one click; we only flag what needs your attention.
Balanced to the cent
Your SKU costs add up exactly to the shipment total. No rounding differences to fix in your books.
Your data, secure
Your company gets its own private space, with role-based access and encrypted connections. Your documents are never shared or used to train AI.
FAQ
Questions?
What is landed cost?
It is what a product really costs you once it is in your warehouse: the merchandise price plus freight, insurance, handling, customs broker, taxes and final delivery. It is the right basis for pricing and margins.
Which documents do I need?
Ideally the commercial invoice, packing list, freight invoices, the customs broker account, the pedimento and the insurance policy. You can start with fewer and calculate an estimate.
Can I calculate before the pedimento arrives?
Yes. In estimate mode we compute IGI, DTA, PRV and VAT from the Mexico tax profile. When the pedimento arrives, switch to actual mode and see the comparison.
How do you handle import VAT?
If your company recovers VAT, we report it apart: it affects your cash flow, not your cost. It is set per shipment.
Can the AI get amounts wrong?
The AI reads the documents and prepares the charges; before calculating you approve them in one click, and we flag anything that looks off, such as a duplicate charge. The math is done by a deterministic engine, never by the AI.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. The platform works in Spanish and English, and you can switch languages at any time.
Ready to know your real cost?
We will walk you through the platform with a sample shipment or with your own documents.
