Terms and conditions

These terms form an agreement between SOBN900915JP1 and the company that subscribes to the service (the “Client”), represented by the person who accepts them. If we sign a contract or commercial proposal, that document prevails wherever it conflicts with these terms.

Landed Cost is an online platform that reads import shipment documents and calculates the landed cost per SKU, including logistics, insurance, customs broker, foreign trade duties and taxes, and exchange rates.

We may improve, change or retire features. If a change significantly reduces what you subscribed to, we will let you know in advance.

• Each user must have their own account; do not share passwords.
• The Client is responsible for who has access to its account and for what is done with it.
• Let us know right away at hello@landedcost.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not:

• Upload unlawful content or documents you have no right to use.
• Try to access other clients’ data or breach the security of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or use the service to build a competing one.
• Overload the service with unreasonable automated use.

The documents, data and results of your shipments are yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, support you and keep it secure.

We treat your information as confidential and protect it under our Privacy notice. We do not share it with other clients.

We may use aggregated, anonymous metrics about service usage to improve it, without identifying you or your shipments.

The calculations are a tool to support your costing decisions. They are not tax, customs, accounting or legal advice, and do not replace the work of your customs broker or accountant.

• AI document reading can make mistakes; that is why you must review and confirm every value before calculating.
• Foreign trade rates, fees and rules change. We keep the tax profile up to date, but you must validate the values that apply to each operation.
• Exchange rates come from Banxico, the pedimento or what you enter; their accuracy depends on those sources.

Prices, payment terms and duration are set out in your commercial proposal. Amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. If a payment is late, we may suspend access after notifying you.

We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures or causes beyond our control. When possible, we will announce scheduled maintenance.

The platform, its code, design, brand and documentation belong to SOBN900915JP1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while your subscription is active.

If you share suggestions with us, we may use them to improve the service with no obligation to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business decisions made based on the results. Our total liability to the Client is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it.

You may stop using the service at any time under your commercial proposal. We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your results. After that we will delete your data, except what we must keep by law.

We may update these terms. We will give you at least 15 days’ notice of significant changes; if you keep using the service after that date, you are deemed to accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, México, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
